Ordering
How do I place an order?
Order online any time, phone the shop, or call in and see us at the Fairground Craft and Design Centre at Weyhill, just outside Andover.
Can I order something bespoke?
Yes. Tell us the colours, the person and the occasion and our florists will build a bouquet or arrangement around them.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Your flowers will follow the style and colours shown. Because we buy fresh and seasonally, the exact stems vary through the year, and our florist's choice designs are different every day.
When is the shop open?
We're open Monday 10am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 4pm, and Sunday 11am to 2pm, at the Fairground Craft and Design Centre, Weyhill, Andover SP11 0QN.
Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Order by 2pm Monday to Saturday, or by 1pm on Sundays, and we can deliver the same day.
Where do you deliver?
Across Andover and the Hampshire and Wiltshire villages within about 15 miles, taking in the SP10, SP11, SP9 and SP4 postcodes, including Weyhill, Stockbridge, Ludgershall, Tidworth and Amesbury. See our flower delivery page for the detail.
Do you deliver every day?
We deliver seven days a week, with our own local drivers rather than a courier.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection from the Weyhill shop is free. Just choose collection when you order, or mention it on the phone.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot or with a neighbour, and post a card through the door explaining where they are. If there's nowhere suitable, the flowers come back to the shop and we'll attempt the delivery again later.
Flower Care
How do I keep my flowers fresh for longer?
Keep the vase topped up with clean water, use the flower food sachet provided, and change the water every couple of days.
Where should I put my flowers?
Away from direct sunlight, radiators and other heat sources. In warm weather, a light misting with cool water helps, and removing any fading blooms keeps the rest looking fresh.
Funeral Flowers
How much notice do you need for funeral flowers?
Funeral products need three days' notice, as each tribute is made to order. Need something sooner? Call us on 01264 771382 and we'll do our best to help.
What funeral tributes do you make?
Casket sprays, sprays and sheaves, posies and baskets, wreaths, hearts, names, letters and special tributes. You'll find them all on our funeral flowers pages.
Weddings
How far ahead should I book wedding flowers?
We like around two weeks' notice for wedding flowers, and more for large installations. Take a look at our wedding flowers page to see what we do.
We're getting married at short notice. Can you still help?
Quite possibly. Give us a ring and we'll talk through what can be done in the time.
Do you do flowers for other events?
Yes, we arrange event flowers as well as weddings. Get in touch with the date and the venue and we'll take it from there.
Workshops
What workshops do you run?
Wreath workshops at our shop in Weyhill, in small, relaxed groups. We provide everything and you take your wreath home with you.
Are the workshops suitable for beginners?
Completely. You don't need to have made anything before, and we help at your shoulder while you build your wreath.
How do I book a place?
Dates are announced on our workshops page, and you can register your interest there now to hear about them first by email.
