When ordering for delivery please provide  a contact number for the recipient. Some Andover Village addresses, particularly those with house names or in remote areas can be very difficult to find. If you know that the property is tricky to locate please feel free to add any information which will help our drivers. If the recipient is not in, we will  leave their flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour, leaving a calling card explaining where to find them. 

We are unable to accommodate timed deliveries.
