Flower Delivery Service
We deliver every day Tuesday to Saturday and Monday morning deliveries are available if ordered in advance. We do not deliver on Bank holidays or Sundays, the exception to this being Mothering Sunday or a Valentine’s Day falling on a Sunday.
When ordering for delivery please provide us with a contact number for the recipient. Some addresses, particularly those with house names or in remote areas can be very difficult to find. If you know that the property is tricky to locate please feel free to add any information which will help our drivers.
If you provide us with your email address we will photograph and send you a picture of your gift (please note that at peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, this is usually not possible due to the volume of orders we are processing.)

Delivery Information
If the recipient is not in, we will endeavour to leave their flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour, leaving a calling card explaining where to find them.
If this option is unavailable or unsatisfactory (for example we would not leave flowers outside in excessively hot or cold weather conditions) we will return the order to our shop and leave a note asking the recipient to contact us to arrange for re-delivery of their flowers.
Where a contact number has been provided we may ring later that day to check that the recipient has located their gift.
