Weyhill sits about ten minutes from Andover town centre, just off the A342, and around twenty minutes from Whitchurch and Ludgershall. It's a genuinely rural spot, more countryside than village in the traditional sense, which is part of why it suits us so well as a base for growing, conditioning and arranging flowers.

The site takes its name from Weyhill's history as home to one of England's oldest and largest livestock and general fairs, which ran here for centuries. These days, the old fairground buildings and yards have been repurposed into a small collection of independent workshops, studios and craft businesses, sitting quietly just off the main road.
It's not a shopping centre in the conventional sense, more a working collection of small businesses that happen to share a site. That's part of the appeal for us; it's a genuinely creative, hands-on environment, which suits both the day-to-day work of running a florist and the workshop sessions we run through the year.

Being a little outside the town centre has its advantages. We have the space for a proper workroom, somewhere we can take deliveries of fresh stock, condition it properly, and build everything by hand without being squeezed into a small high street unit. It also means we have somewhere to run our Christmas wreath workshops on site, in the Village Hall at the Fairground, rather than having to hire space elsewhere.
It does mean a short drive rather than a walk into town if you're visiting us, but with free parking right at the door, most people find it easier than trying to park in Andover itself, particularly around Christmas.
